Michael Piecuch Obituary
GIRARD - Michael Piecuch, 41, passed away at 5:37 p.m. on Tuesday January 19, 2016 at his parent's home in Niles following a long illness.
He was born in Youngstown, Ohio on December 17, 1974 the son of Edward and Julia (Moore) Piecuch.
Michael was a 1992 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and a mechanic at General Electric for 13 years. He was a member of St. Stephen Church, Niles. He enjoyed working on motorcycles and cars, especially older models. He loved animals and the superheros, Spiderman and Transformers. He cherished the time spent with family and cooking or as the family would say "experimenting in the kitchen."
Michael will be greatly missed and is survived by his parents, Edward & Julia Piecuch of Niles; his fiance, Angi Paige and her children, Samantha Fedor, Kara Cope, Jared Paige, Bryan Paige, and two grandchildren, Minnow Fedor and Aurora Fedor who looked to Michael as their father and poppy. He is also survived by his sister, Suzanne (Dave) Brooks of Columbus and brother, Edward J. (Bobbie Jo) Piecuch of Warren.
Service of Christian Burial will be Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home where family and friend may call one hour prior to the service. Rev. Richard Murphy will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County 812 Yo-Kingsville Road SE, Vienna, OH 44473.
