Norine Sizemore Obituary
NILES - Norine Sizemore, 80, passed away peacefully at 5:40 p.m., Wednesday, May 11, 2016 surrounded by her loving family at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Elys, Kentucky on January 30, 1936, the daughter of Charlie and Josie (Miles) Lawson and has lived in this area most of her life.
She was the "Greatest Mamaw" and loved taking the grandchildren to all their activities and spending time with them. She enjoyed golfing, bowling, playing bingo and was an avid Cleveland Indians and Denver Broncos fan.
Norine is survived by her husband Eugene "Gene" Sizemore whom she married December 26, 1953, two daughters, Sherry (Tom) Opria of McDonald, Cathy Walsh of Niles; son, Ben (Marianne) Sizemore of Naugatuck, Connecticut; five grandchildren, Amanda (Jason) Juhasz of Sagamore Hills, Christopher and Matthew Harkins both of Cincinnati, Jim and Evan Sizemore both of Naugatuck,Conn.; six great grandchildren Mya and Jackson Juhasz, Marietta Holtschneider, Michael, Melanie and Archer Harkins; brother, Jerry (Terry) Lawson of Burlington, Kentucky; three sisters-in-law, Katherine Lawson, LaVerne Lawson and Lee Lawson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her special grandson Joshua Adam Thomas; son in law, Robert Walsh; sister, Joann Lawson; seven brothers, Charlie "Junior", Wade "Bud", Obie, Lewis "Babe", Virgil, Freddie, and Glenn Lawson.
The Funeral will be Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home where family and friends may call from noon to the time of the service. Burial will be in Pineview Cemetery.
