Pamela Dando Obituary
MINERAL RIDGE - Pamela J. Dando, 60, passed away peacefully at 4:50 am on Sunday, June 29, 2014 at the Vista Care at the Ridge following an extended illness with cancer.
She was born in Fort Worth, Texas on November 24, 1953 the daughter of Richard A. and Nancy (Davis) Dando and has lived in Trumbull County most of her life.
Pamela was a 1972 Niles McKinley High School Graduate. She retired several years ago as an assembler at the General Motors Co. Lordstown plant where she was employed for over 20 years. She was a member of the Lordstown Christian Church and enjoyed camping, fishing, flower gardening, four wheeling and family activities.
Pamela is survived by her mother, Nancy Dando of Mineral Ridge with whom she lived; sister, Tina (John) Breese of Mineral Ridge; brother, Rick (Terri) Dando of Austintown; two nieces, Hailey Dando of Niles, Mia Breese of Mineral Ridge; two great-nephews, Jeremy and Landon Kibler; several uncles and aunts, George Davis, Richard Davis, Don Davis, Sharon Davis, Rosemary (Roger) Bartscher, Frank (Verna Ann) Dando, Rita Brown, Michael (Rosanne) Dando, Debbie (Joseph) Barber.
Pamela was preceded in death by her father Richard A. Dando on December 10, 2009, longtime friend Rose Klink and aunt Judith Martin.
A Memorial Service will be Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 6:00 pm at the Lordstown Christian Church where family and friends may call one hour before the services. The Rev. Dr. Bernard M. Oakes will officiate. Burial at Niles City Cemetery.
