Patricia Kazimer Obituary
CLEVELAND - Patricia Ann (Stanec) Kazimer, 73, passed away at 1:03 am on Thursday January 22, 2015 at Fairview Hospital following a long illness.
She was born in Warren on June 12, 1941 the daughter of George T. and Frances J. (Logar) Stanec.
A 1959 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, she went to Cleveland for Airline Reservations Training and worked for several airlines including Eastern and Delta as a airlines reservation agent. She also worked in food service at Fairview Hospital and retired from A.D.P. Payroll Service after 15 years.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, cooking, fishing, deer hunting and spending time in the woods in Guernsey County in southeast Ohio. For eight years, she was on the Board of Directors for the Garfield Heights Baseball League.
Patricia is survived by two daughters, Kimberly (Christopher) Greaney of Galway, Ireland, Cynthia (Andrew) Boyer of Garfield Heights; son, Michael Kazimer of Garfield Heights; seven grandchildren, P.J. Kazimer, Thomas Kazimer, Emily Kazimer, Nicholas Boyer, Caitlyn Boyer, Naomhan Greaney, Cliodhna Greaney and a brother, James Stanec of Niles.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Calling hours will be Sunday, January 25, 2015 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, January 26, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen Church. Rev. James Korda will be the celebrant. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery.
