WARREN - Eilene M. Stewart, 81, 1320 Mahoning Avenue, died at 11:00 am on Sunday December 20, 2009 at the Community Skilled Nursing Home.
She was born in Cranberry, Pennsylvania on March 12, 1928 to John and Bessie (Shaffer) Daugherty.
Eilene retired as a secretary at Baker Elemetary School in Vienna after working 14 years. She moved back to this area in 2000 after living in Texas from 1983 to 2000.
She is survived by four sons, John P. (Brenda) Stewart of Warren, Gary (Gina) Stewart of Las Vegas, NV., James R. Stewart of Niles, William A. (Linda) Stewart of Champion; 16 grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren.
Eilene was preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. Stewart whom she married on July 27, 1946 and who died on September 25, 2000 and a brother Wayne Daugherty.
Graveside Funeral Services will be held at Niles City Cemetery in the Spring of 2010
