NILES - Leonajean Cumo, 62, died
Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 3:02 pm at St. Joseph Health Center after
a multiple sclerosis illness of several years. She was born in New
Castle, Pennsylvania on October 10, 1949 the only daughter of
Victor and Dorothy (Synosky) Fortuna. She was a 1967 graduate of
New Castle High School, a member of St. Stephen Church and
cherished time spent with her loving family.
Leonajean is survived by her caring husband,
Richard C. Cumo whom she married on September 9, 1972; two sons,
Richard M. (Alisha) Cumo of Akron, Antony M. (Kelly) Cumo of North
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; grandson, Nathan Cumo; two brothers,
Victor (Sherry) Fortuna of New Castle, Pennsylvania and
Michaelangelo (Diane) Fortuna of Charlotte, South Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a
brother, John Fortuna.
At her request, there are no calling hours and
services. Cremation has taken place.
