Dear Carol and Terry - It was with sadness that I read of Shirley's death. I will always have fond memories of her as part of our family when she lived with us in Columbus, Ohio. She was dear to our Mom, Alma. Shirley was a generous and loving person. May you find comfort in recalling the good times you all shared. With prayers, Peggy Stevens Burke

I'm real sorry to hear of Shirley's passing. Shirley came up to Columbus, OH and stayed at our house for a time back in the 50's while she worked, I forget where, in downtown Columbus. She and I used to jitterbug to Elvis's music way back then. She was always a really positive person. Arthur Stevens
