MINERAL RIDGE - William "Dee" Mocabee, 75, of 1381 Salt-Springs Road went home to be with the Lord Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 8:35 pm.
 
He was born in Soldier, Kentucky on May 24, 1936 the son of Mark and Beatrice (Trumbo) Mocabee and moved to this community in 1991 from Kentucky.
 
He was a saw mill laborer in Morehead, Kentucky.  A member of the Apostolic Bible Church, he enjoyed gardening, car racing, collecting miniature cars, and watching western movies on the TV.  He especially cherished time reading the bible and having faith in our saviour.
 
Dee is survived by his wife, Wilma Sue (Binion) Mocabee whom he married on February 11, 1991; two sons, J. D. (Elfreida) Mocabee of Olive Hill, KY, Mark (Shelly) Mocabee of Olive Hill, KY; step-son, James (Becky) Clay Sr. of Warren; two step-daughters, Jane (Wayne) Hanshaw of Warren, Priscilla (Pat) Feezle of Warren; five grandchildren; 15 step-grandchildren; one great grandchild; 10 step- great grandchildren; sister, Maxine Conn of Mansfield; three brothers, John Mocabee, Tom (Brenda) Mocabee, Don (Lois) Mocabee all of Kentucky.
 
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Jack, Joe and Jeff Mocabee.
 
Calling Hours will be Monday, June 27, 2011 from 5 to 7 pm at the Apostolic Bible Church, 1623 West Park Avenue, Niles, Ohio 44446, 330-652-0096. www.abcohio.org The Funeral will be Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 11:00 am at the church.  Pastor David Murphy will officiate.  Burial will be in Kerr Cemetery.
