Charles Llewelyn Obituary

WARREN - Charles Earl Llewelyn, 73, passed away at 8:06 a.m. on Saturday November 19, 2016 at the Trumbull Memorial Hospital from a heart ailment.

He was born in Springfield, Illinois on June 16, 1943 the son of Royal and Victoria (Wilson) Llewelyn.

He was a United States Army Veteran and retired in February of 2004 after working 29 years as a painter for the Warren City Schools. He also painted for the Trice Company and the DeBartolo Corporation. He was a member of the NAUS and Shortys Clubs. Chuck was a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the University of Kansas Jayhawk basketball team. He enjoyed singing karaoke, but especially cherished the time spent with his grandchildren and dogs.

Chuck is survived by his wife Patricia (Burdandine) Llewelyn whom he married on July 28, 1979; five children, Troy (Angel) Llewelyn of Cortland, David (MaryAnn) Llewelyn of Kansas, Teresa Jeffco of Twinsburg, Randy (Jessica) Llewelyn of Warren, Melissa Llewelyn of Warren; six grandchildren; one great grandson; sister, Joyce of Florida; brother, John David of Kansas.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, November 22, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home. The Funeral will be Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pineview Cemetery.
