Anna Joan (Boyd) Riley

NILES - Anna Joan Riley, 66, passed away peacefully at 11:23 a.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at the St. Joseph Health Center following an extended illness. Anna was born in Warren, Ohio on May 4,1955 the daughter of Leonard R. and Mildred D.(Beal) Boyd Sr.and his lived in Niles all her life. Anna attended the Niles City Schools and the former Niles First Presbyterian Church. She was employed for over 15 years as a floor person with Dinesol Plastics of Niles and retired in 2016. Anna enjoyed playing bingo and especially family activities with her only great-granddaughter.

Anna is survived by her life partner Ray Lee with whom she lived; twin sister, Ruby Geddes of Niles; son, Tracy Boyd of Florida and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Michael Riley; son Brian Boyd; brother Leonard R. Boyd Jr.; three sisters Shirley Boyd, Helen Canann, and Beverly Boyd.

Calling hours will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Deborah Dockstader officiating. Burial will be private at the Niles City Cemetery.
