Barbara "Bobbie" E. Wilson

Barbara Ellen "Bobbie" Wilson , 70, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Friday morning June 20, 2025 at her home. Bobbie was born in Warren, Ohio on August 17, 1954 the daughter of William G. and Agnes R. Poole Miller. Bobbie had numerous caretakers which were family members and most importantly her nieces Amy and Tammy and her sister Mary Ann.

Bobbie was a 1972 graduate of Champion High School and attended Champion Presbyterian Church and Saint Pope John XXIII - Saint Stephen Church in Niles. For many years she worked with Dr. Pass in the Oncology Department at Northside Hospital in Youngstown. In recent years she was a Nanny for many of her extended family. She enjoyed crafting, making silk flower arrangements, finding antiques for their home, shopping and caring for her cats "furry children".

She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, John Patrick Wilson whom she married on November 9, 1985; son, Tyler P. Wilson of Niles; step daughter, Brooke Wilson of Nashville, Tennessee; sister, Mary Ann Miller of Warren; brother, Bill A. (Kelly) Miller of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania; nieces, Amanda (Nick) Marchese and their children Charlie and Nico, Tammy (Paul) Lucus and Amy Bradley and her children Abbey and Andrew Fryda. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Linda C. Furillo.

Calling hours will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday June 26, 2025 at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home in Niles. A Funeral Service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Thomas Ziegler.
