Barbara Ellen Kellar

NILES - Barbara Ellen Kellar, 73, passed away peacefully at 10:45 p.m. on Monday October 22, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Inez, Kentucky on November 26, 1944 the daughter of Charley and Clara (Walters) Whitt. A devoted homemaker she was of the Baptist faith. Barbara is survived by a daughter, Teresa Renee (Scott) Whaley with whom she made her home; two sons, Dwayne E. Kellar of Warren, Delbert Ray Kellar Jr. of Youngstown; grandson, Maddax David Whaley at home; two sisters, Maxine Mullins of Niles, Oma Whitt of Niles. She was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters, Ethel Litteral, Minnie Perry, Freeda Ash, an Infant Sister and a brother Elmer Whitt. A graveside service will be Monday, October 29, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at Niles City Cemetery. Rev. Garey McCartney will officiate. There are no calling hours.
