Charles Grant Clover , 76, passed away on Tuesday morning July 23, 2024 at his home. Chuck was born in Grindstone, Pennsylvania on August 17, 1947 the son of Galen and Edna (Christner) Clover.
He honorably served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He retired after 33 years as a truck driver for Teamsters Local 407 Cleveland.
Chuck is survived by two sons, Charles (Annette) Clover of Newton Falls, Christopher (Shelene) Clover of Cookville, Tennessee; daughter, Candace (Gerald) Prenzlin of Niles; eleven grandchildren; one great granddaughter; three step-children, Wendy (Bryan) Smith of West Lafayette, Indiana, Robert "Chip" Fink of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, Amanda Fink and Matthew Moltzen of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania; two brothers, Thomas Clover of Warren, Jerry Clover of Warren; four sisters, Patricia Dean of McDonald, Jean Clover of Warren, Jane Wiery of Warren, Susan Smith of Niles; former wife whom he remained friends with, Rosemarie Clover of Niles and his golden doodle "Sammy"
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Janet Clover whom he married on April 19, 1996 and who passed away on September 10, 2016; and his brother James Clover.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Monday July 29, 2024 at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home where family and friends may call one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Kerr Cemetery with Military Honors provided by the Trumbull County Honor Guard.
