Darlene Y. Mcintire

Darlene Yvonne McIntire , 83, passed away on Saturday afternoon May 24, 2025 at the Mercy Health Austintown Medical Center. She was born in Tacoma, Washington on October 26, 1941 the daughter of Francis and Inez (Olsen) Pazderic.

Darlene worked in the laundry department at the Glenview Manor Nursing Home in Mineral Ridge for over 30 years. She loved polka music and enjoyed dancing, baking, reading, and watching her soap operas daily.

Darlene is survived by a daughter, Tammy Reed-Skiba of Niles; son, Michael (Megan) McIntire of Niles; two grandchildren Jack McIntire, Abbey Reed; sister, Susan Hall of Gridley, California and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Helen Millette and former husband, John E. McIntire.

A Memorial Service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday May 31, 2025 at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home where family and friends may call two hours prior to the service. Rev. David Conrad of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Niles will officiate.
