David T. Patterson

NILES - David T. Patterson, 58, passed away peacefully at 10:40 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at the Cleveland Clinic of leukemia following an extended illness. He was born in Warren, Ohio on January 17, 1959 the son of James W. and Amelia D. "Molly" (Novak) Patterson. He was a 1977 graduate of Howland High School and retired from the construction field and the Warren Laborers' Local Union. He was a huge Ohio State Buckeyes fan. David is survived by his brother, Mark J. Patterson, Aunt Jennie Novak, Uncle Albert Sipka all of Howland Township, a step-daughter, two step-sons, several step-grandchildren, many cousins, extended family members and close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Kelly L. Jamieson whom he married on August 30, 2008 and who died on December 27, 2009, two brothers James Alan Patterson and Michael James Patterson. Calling hours will be Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home where the St. Stephen Parish Bereavement Ministry will have a 6:30 p.m. prayer service. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, September 11, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen Church. Rev. James Korda will be the celebrant. Burial will be in Pineview Memorial Park with his wife Kelly.
