She was born in Warren, Ohio on August 9, 1944. She was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and a member of the Delightful Evangelical Church in Southington. She retired as the receptionist at the SCOPE Center in Warren. Eileen is survived by three children, Eric (Pamela) Barnett of Warren, Kristeen Geist of Weathersfield Township, Terry (Kimberly) Barnett of Middlefield; three grandchildren, Amy Barnett, Tyler Barnett, Christopher Barnett; two great grandchildren, Tasia Smith, Tayshon Smith; three brothers, Royal Springer of Phoenix, Arizona, Joe Hickox of Garland, Florida, Pete Hickox of Niles. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Earl Clayton Barnett who passed away on May 17, 2001. According to her wishes, no services will be held. The family acknowledges the kind and compassionate care of Harbor Light Hospice, Thomas Dewey and their entire staff.
