Eric E. Ramsey

Eric E. Ramsey , 69, passed away peacefully at 7:14 p.m. on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at the Liberty Health Care Center following a short illness. Eric was born in Warren, Ohio on March 16, 1954 the son of Harold E. and Anna Ree (Morgan) Ramsey and has lived in this area all his life.

Eric was a 1972 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and received a degree in Electronics from ETI. He was a quality control inspector for Canfield Industries. He enjoyed slot car racing, motorcycles and classic cars.

Eric is survived by his wife, Susan E. Walters Ramsey whom he married October 20, 1973; daughter Lori Ramsey of Niles; sister, Linda (Jimmy) Roberts of Nashville, Tennessee; brother-in-law, Mike (Kathy) Walters of Niles; a nephew and three nieces. Eric was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers-in-law, Grant Walters and George Neff.

At his request, there will be no calling hours or funeral services.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to the Small World Animal Shelter, 945 North State Street, Girard, Ohio 44420.
