Gale Lynn Littleton

CAPE CORAL, FL - Gale Lynn Littleton, 65, passed away at 1:18 p.m. on Wednesday March 15, 2017 at his home after a battle with lung cancer. He was born in Warren, Ohio on August 10, 1951 the son of Homer and Anna Pearl Littleton. He was a 1969 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and retired in 2013 after a career as a locomotive engineer at Norfolk Southern. Lynn was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, boating and cherished the time spent with his family especially his grandchildren. Lynn is survived by two daughters, Michelle Cicero of Niles, Melanie (Randy) Jackson of Temecula, California; two grandchildren, Darian and Domani; brother, Bud (Mary) Littleton of Niles; sister, Barbara Gilmour of Niles. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Betty Jo Garland and brother, Homer Littleton Jr. The Memorial Service will be Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home where family and friends may call from noon to 2:00 p.m. Rev. Curtis Miller of the New Hope Methodist Church will officiate.
