Gerald W. Miller

McDONALD - Gerald W. Miller, 53, died on Tuesday afternoon October 28, 2014 at the St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown following an extended illness. He was born in Youngstown on February 27, 1961 the son of Junior and Kathleen (Sigley) Miller. A 1979 graduate of McDonald High School, he was a fitter, welder and foreman at Warren Fab in Masury for the past 25 years. He was a member of the Apostolic Assembly Church of Mineral Ridge and enjoyed gardening, the outdoors and spending time with his grandchildren. Gerald is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Donna S. (Comer) Miller whom he married on September 2, 1989; two sons, Allen Comer of Warren, Adam Mishko of Niles; three grandchildren; father, Junior A. Miller of McDonald; two brothers William Miller of Greencastle, Pennsylvania, Claude Miller of McDonald; two sisters, Bridget Easterling of Austintown, Erica Rakarich of Niles. He was preceded in death by his mother who died on May 1,2014 and two brothers, Wayne Miller and Glenn Miller. The funeral will be Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Apostolic Assembly Church of Mineral Ridge, 1603 County Line Road, Mineral Ridge, Ohio 44440. Calling hours will be one hour prior to the service at church. Pastor Philip Burbridge will officiate. A dinner and fellowship will immediately follow the service in the church fellowship hall.
