Hallie Mae Hammond

Hallie Mae Hammond, 94, died at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday October 28, 2023 at The Suites at Continuing Healthcare of Niles. She was born in Frametown, West Virginia on February 15, 1929 the daughter of Okey F. and Flora A. (Frame) Hamric and formerly lived in Hartford Township, Ohio.

Hallie is survived by two children and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Hammond whom she married on November 2, 1967 and who died on January 27, 1996; her siblings, Mary M. Kenney, Esther Dobbins, Bonnie Jarvis, Opal Mollahan, Guy Hamric, Jesse Hamric, Raymond Hamric. She was of the Christian Faith and enjoyed cleaning and baking.

A funeral service will be held at noon on Wednesday November 8, 2023 at the Lordstown Cemetery Chapel. Rev. Christopher Stark of the Niles First Christian Church will officiate.
