Harold Gene Wagoner Sr., 69, passed away peacefully at 7:45 p.m. on Sunday December 4, 2022 at the Warren Nursing and Rehab Center. Harold was born in Olive Hill, Kentucky on February 20, 1953 to Charles and Joyce (Tackett) Wagoner Jr.
Harold proudly and honorably served in the United States Navy. He was a truck driver for over 38 years. He worked for the General Motors Company Lordstown and drove truck for various other companies throughout the years. He was a member of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Warren and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He enjoyed writing in his daily journals. Most of all, he loved his family and cherished the time spent at family vacations, cookouts, parties and holidays.
Harold is survived by his father, Charles Wagoner of Mecca; children, Veronica (Tim) Dotson of Liberty, Lana (Kevin) Pistory of Kensington, Harold G. (Brittany) Wagoner Jr. of Mansfield, Texas, Michael Wagoner and fiancee Tiffany Partanen of Spring Hill, Florida, Samuel (Carolina) Wagoner of Tallahassee, Florida; eight grandchildren, former wives Edna Miller of Weathersfield, Robin Honeycutt of Spring Hill, Florida; five sisters, Terri (Donald) Goforth of Warren, Melissa Berg of Mineral Ridge, Rose Polta of Vienna, Becky (Steve) Stehura of Fowler, and April Agne of Vienna. He was preceded in death by his mother and brother David Wagoner.
The funeral will be at Noon of Friday, December 9, 2022 at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church where family and friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon, prior to the funeral service. Rev. Douglas Brown will officiate. Burial will be at Kerr Cemetery.
