Helen Ann Boggs

VIENNA - Helen Ann Boggs, 77, passed away peacefully at 1:16 a.m. on Friday, December 25, 2015 at the St. Joseph Health Center. Helen was born in Niles, Ohio on February 9, 1938 the daughter of George Arthur and Clara Ellen (Platt) Barker Sr. and lived in this area all her life. She was a member of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church, enjoyed baking, crocheting, sewing, playing cards, games and bingo. She also cherished all family activities and cookouts. Helen is survived by her husband, Thearl Boggs; four children, Rick Boggs of Vienna, Lonnie Boggs of Niles, Vickie McCartney of Leavittsburg, Terry Boggs of Vienna; twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; brother, Fritz Barker of Ravenna. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Connie Boggs; son, Jeff Boggs; sister, Donna Rogers; two brothers, George Barker Jr. and James Barker Sr. The Funeral will be Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Noon at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church, 3101 DeForest Road, Warren, where the family and friends may call one hour prior to the service.
