John Henry Davies Sr.

John Henry Davies Sr. , 64, passed away on Wednesday morning December 20, 2023 at his home. He was born in Warren, Ohio on June 21, 1959 the son of Charles E. and Clarice E. (Volkert) Davies.

John was a graduate of Niles McKinley High School and honorably served in the United States Army as a marksman. He was an assistant manager in the Parts Department at Toyota of Warren. He enjoyed golfing and restoring and painting cars.

John is survived by his wife and best friend of 38 years Cynthia "Cindy" (Poland) Davies whom he married on August 30, 1985; children, John H. (Shelby) Davies Jr. of Troy, Missouri, Michael (Tina) Davies, Sonya Lee (Kyle) Kelso of St. Petersburg, Florida, Theresa (Rashard) Davis of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, William K. "Bill" Clark; sister, Robin Lee Clark. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Charles P. Davies; sister, Cora Jo Williamson; brother, Daniel A. Davies.
