NILES - Judyth Gail Nemeth, 74, of Niles, Ohio
died at 5:17 pm Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at the St. Joseph Health
Center in Warren.
She was born in Kirtland on October
21, 1938 the daughter of Thomas William and Gladys (Smith)
Walsh.
She graduated in 1957 with high honors from
Harvey High School, Painsville, where she finished second in the
State's French competition. For several years she worked in
the housekeeping department at Trumbull Memorial Hospital and at
the same time, was a home healthcare nurse. She and her
husband were members of the Holy Apostles Parish, St. Stephen of
Hungary Church, Youngstown. She taught herself to speak and
write Hungarian along with other languages. She enjoyed
animals, gardening, reading and especially cherished the time spent
with her family, whom she loved dearly.
Judyth is survived by her husband, Laszlo G.
Nemeth Sr. whom she married on April 30, 1960; mother, Gladys E.
Walsh of Lagrange; four children, Judy (Ken) Frayne of Rockford,
Illinois, Laszlo "Lutz" (Myrtill) Nemeth Jr. of Niles, Thomas M.
(Julie) Nemeth of Pinnacle, North Carolina, Erika I. Meade and her
fiancee, Hank Monroe of Warren; nine grandchildren; three great
grandchildren; sister, Cindy Walsh-Loy of Cambridge; brother, Roger
Walsh of Painsville.
She was preceded in death by her father on
December 4, 1994; two grandchildren; two sisters, Jeanne Barr and
Shirley Koston.
Calling Hours will be Friday, December 14, 2012
from 6 to 8 pm at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home. Mass of
Christian Burial will be Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 10 am at
St. Stephen Church, Niles. Rev. Joseph Rudjak will be the
celebrant. Burial will be in Hungary.
