Katherine Jean Squiric

AKRON - Katherine Jean "Kat" Squiric, 27, passed away unexpectedly at 7:19 p.m. on Tuesday March 10, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Warren, Ohio on January 23, 1988 the daughter of Paul D. Porter and Marguerite Squiric. She was a member of the Niles McKinley High School Class of 2006. She was self-employed in various business, including an antique shop and modeling. Kat was a carefree person who truely loved life and lived everyday to the fullest. Kat is survived by her mother, Marguerite "Peg" (Bryan) Adams of Rome; father, Paul D. Porter of Texas; grandmother, Elizabeth "Betty" Morfchak of Mineral Ridge; aunt, Katherine Jane Stapleton of Southington and many friends in Ohio and Florida. A gathering for family and friends will be Friday, March 13, 2015 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home 126 West Park Avenue, Niles, Ohio 44446 330-652-4311.
