Linda K. Raub

AUSTINTOWN - Linda K. (Riblett) Raub, 58, passed away peacefully at her home with her loving family members by her side, early Thursday morning August 13, 2015 following an extended illness. Linda was born in Warren, Ohio on November 29, 1956 the daughter of Richard and Ida (Cole) Riblett and grew up in Leavittsburg. Linda retired from the Deli department at the Giant Eagle Co. She received certification as a cheesemonger that would pair specialty cheeses with wines. She enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas, making crafts, woodworking, being outdoors and tending to her many varieties of flowers in her yard especially sun flowers. She will be sadly missed by her husband, Frank L. Raub Sr. whom she married August 18, 1976; daughter, Jessica Raub; two sons, Frank L. Raub Jr. and Matthew Raub all of Henderson, Nevada; two sisters, Diane Queale of Mineral Ridge, Jackie Stefan of Newton Falls; many nieces, nephews and cousins whom she helped raise, and her dogs Trina and Capo. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Bob Khlem, and Joe Khlem; two sisters, Pat Ferry, and Myrtle Sisler. She will be very deeply missed by all who knew her. Calling Hours will be Sunday August 16, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home, Niles. At her request, services and interment at Kerr Cemetery will be private.
