Margaret "Marge" Harris

NILES - Margaret "Marge" Harris, 86, passed away peacefully at 5:04 a.m. Thursday, November 10, 2016 at her home following a short illness. She was born in Niles on December 4, 1929 the daughter of Andrew and Margaret (Kovak) Lewis Sr. and lived in this community all her life. Marge was a graduate of Niles McKinley High School, a homemaker and longtime member of the Bolindale Christian Church. She enjoyed bowling, crafting, crocheting, embroidering, needlepoint, playing cards, doing puzzles and activities with her family. Marge is survived by a daughter and two sons, Diana Lee (Robin) Williamson, and Albert Andrew "Andy" Harris all of Niles, Douglas Ralph Harris of Enterprise, Alabama, five grandchildren, Matthew Claypool, Brad Claypool, Jessica Harris, Ralph Harris, Cheyenne Harris, seven great-grandchildren, and a brother, Robert (Patricia) Lewis of Girard. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Leroy Harris whom she married on August 20, 1949 and who died on September 12, 2016; two brothers, Andrew Lewis Jr. and Edward Frederick Lewis. Calling Hours will be Monday, November 14, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home. The Funeral will be Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will be at the Pineview Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bolindale Christian Church 2749 Fairview Avenue SE, Warren, Ohio 44484.
