HOWLAND - Nora L. Miller, 75, of Roseway Avenue S.E., passed away on Monday afternoon March 23, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Olive Hill, Kentucky on September 11, 1939 the daughter of Delmar W. and Grace M. (Sparks) Campbell. Nora's family was her number one priority - family came before all else. The bond she shared with her children, grandchildren and relatives was truly special.
