Norman J. Reese Jr.

Norman James Reese Jr., 64, passed away at 6:24 p.m. on Saturday August 27, 2022 at the St. Joseph Health Center from a heart ailment. He was born in Warren, Ohio on November 18, 1957 the son of Norman J. Reese Sr. and Jo Coupland.

Norman was a 1976 graduate of Niles McKinley High School. He retired after 20 years as a welder at RMI and he also work for Tom's Sewer and Drain Service. He was a charter member of the Faith Baptist Church of Niles. Norman enjoyed race cars and maintaining vehicles, and pruning trees and shrubs.

Norman is survived by a daughter, Amanda Reese of Niles; son, Jason (Sharon) Reese of Las Vegas, Nevada; two grandchildren, Michael Keen Jr., Allura Reese; his mother Jo Reese Coupland her husband Gary R. Coupland and his sons Richard Coupland and Bob Coupland all of Niles; sister, Jackie Dell of Niles; niece, Andrea (Joe) Catone; two nephews, Aaron Torrence, Phillip (Trisha) Dell. He was preceded in death by his father Norman J. Reese Sr. who died on July 2, 2008.

The funeral will be at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday September 1, 2022 at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home where family and friends may call one hour prior to the service. Burial will be on Friday morning at Kerr Cemetery.
