Patricia E. (Austin) Fizet

Patricia E. (Austin) Fizet , 78, died on Friday morning December 13, 2024 at the Continuing Healthcare at the Ridge following an extended illness. She was born in North Carolina on March 8, 1946 the daughter of Eleana Gumm.

Patricia was a Niles McKinley High School graduate and attended the Niles First Baptist Church. She was a librarian for the McKinley Memorial Library. She was also employed at the General Electric Company for three years, Packard Electric Company for seven years and the Cafaro Corporation. Patricia enjoyed sewing, knitting, painting, making puzzles and reading daily.

Patricia is survived by her children, Robert A. Cline Sr. of Niles, Jeffrey Cline of Warren, Melissa Cline of Niles, twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Edward Fizet and Donald LaPolla; son, Donald Cline; granddaughter Grace Lee Cline; brother Tim Gumm and sister Yvonne Gumm.

Her remaining children would like to thank her for giving us all life.

A private funeral and burial will be at the Girard City Cemetery.
