Paul Joseph Scriven

NILES - Paul Joseph Scriven Jr., 54, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday evening August 6, 2015 at his home. Paul was born in Warren on August 22, 1960 the son of Paul Joseph and Betty Jean (Vaccaro) Scriven Sr. For many years, he was a caregiver for Siffrin. He was a member of St. Stephen Church. He enjoyed family gatherings, looking for treasurers at garage sales and spending time with his companion dog, Blue. Paul is survived by a brother, Sean Joseph Scriven of Niles; three sisters, Karen (Ron) Browne of Jeromesville, Diane Hilas and Stanley Henry of Warren, Kathleen (Robert) Black of Niles; two special friends; four nephews, Mickey (Sarah) Moyer, Christopher (Amber) Moyer, Craig (Bethany) Comanescu Jr., Paul (Vicki) Comanescu; his special great niece and nephews who were very dear to him. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Edward J. Scriven. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Stephen Church where family and friends may call a half hour prior to the mass.
