Rachel Lynn Kramar, 58, entered into her eternal resting place on Saturday evening October 1, 2022 with her Lord and Savior and family members who preceded her in death including her father Joseph Kramar; mother Emma Grace (Seders) Kramar and brother Paul Kramar. She was born on July 4, 1964 in Brownsville, Pennsylvania and moved to Niles in 1964.
Rachel graduated from Niles McKinley High School in 1982 and worked as a nursing assistant from 1984 to 1989. She attended Choffin School of Licensed Practical Nursing and worked as a nurse from 1989 to 2012.
Rachel is survived by her sister, Mary Ann (Russell) Minick of Mineral Ridge; brother, Joseph Kramar and Betty Noble of Farmdale; nieces and nephews Joseph Kramar, Nicole Weddel, Carrie Brodell, Brian D. (AnneLynn) Minick, Amanda R. Minick; many great nieces, nephews and cousins; former partner and friend Tim McWilliams and life long friend Bridget (Walsh) Janow. Rachel is also survived by her many friends that were there to assist her with her lengthy illness. She held a special place in her heart for her cats.
A Service of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday October 29, 2022 at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home where family and friends may call one hour prior to the service. Rev. Richard Murphy of St. Stephen Church will officiate. A celebration of life luncheon will follow at Leo's Ristorante. Burial will be in Kerr Cemetery.
