Ramona (Snowden) Tomlin , 87, passed away at 11:35 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at the University Hospital in Cleveland following a brief illness. She was born in McRoberts, Kentucky on March 11, 1937 the daughter of Carl and Vernon (Thornsberry) Snowden. She lived most of her life in this community and also spent time at her home in Leesburg, Florida.
She worked for over 30 years at Packard Electric Company and retired as a foreman in the wiring harness division. She enjoyed golfing, gambling, traveling and watching football on television. She was an avid fan of The Ohio State University Buckeyes, Georgia Bulldogs and the Cleveland Browns.
Ramona is survived by a grandson, Matthew Paul (Danielle) Tomlin Sr.; three great-grandchildren, Matthew Paul (Emily) Tomlin Jr., Richard Paul Tomlin II, Rylee Renee Tomlin; a great-great- granddaughter, Millie Kate Tomlin all of Oakwood, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her son Richard Paul Tomlin who died June 16, 1998; Luther Paul Tomlin who died May 21, 1997; and two brothers, William Snowden Sr., John Snowden.
Honoring her wishes, a private celebration of her life will be held by the family.
