Richard L. Palmer

YOUNGSTOWN - Richard L. Palmer, 49, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Warren, Ohio on November 6, 1971 the son of Richard Leon and Victoria L. (Holden) Palmer and lived in this area all his life. Richard attended Niles McKinley High School, enjoyed golfing fishing and playing cards. He was a Cleveland Browns and Cavaliers fan. Richard is survived by a daughter, Lauren Palmer of Tampa, Florida; two brothers, Stanley (Michelle) Palmer of Niles, John (Jennifer) Palmer of Maryville, Tennessee; sister, Kaitlyn Palmer of Niles, and several nieces and nephews. At Richards request, a private service was held for his family. Burial will be in Tennessee with his mother.
