Robert Albert Burgy

NILES - Robert Albert Burgy Jr., 75, died at 10:53am, Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at the St. Joseph Health Center. Bob was born in Bellaire, Ohio on May 18, 1938, the son of Robert A. and Harriet (Crawford) Burgy Sr. Bob was employed as a packer for Imperial Glass Co and was a veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by two sons, Randolph Lee Burgy of Bellaire, Robert Marcus Burgy of Las Vegas; daughter, Elise Burgy of Martins Ferry; sister, Carol Koontz of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife the former Karen R. Youll whom he married in 2002 and who died on September 19, 2011. Private services have been held at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home and burial will be in Bellaire, Ohio.
