Roberta J. (Walters) Wheeler

Roberta J. "Bobbie" Wheeler, 75, passed away at 8:41 a.m. on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at the St. Joseph Health Center following a short illness. She was born in Warren, Ohio on December 23, 1947 the daughter of Lewis H. and Pearl E. (Rotunno) Walters and has lived in this area most of her life.

Bobbie was a 1965 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and was a shift manager for Rite Aid. She was a member of St. Stephen Church and enjoyed cooking, baking, going to the casinos and celebrating the holidays. Most of all she cherished the time spent caring for her sons and family.

Bobbie is survived by her two sons, Adam Wheeler, Anthony Wheeler and his significant other Ashley all of Warren; former husband Mark Wheeler of Niles; sister, Donna Sabolia of Fort Mills, North Carolina; brother, David (Barbara) Walters of Niantic, Connecticut and 20 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Mary Foster, June Harper and brother, Alvin Walters.

Services of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at Niles City Cemetery Chapel with Deacon Frank Marino officiating. There are no calling hours.
