Robin Marie Norman

NILES - Robin Marie Norman, 48, passed away at 8:10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at the Cleveland Clinic following an extended battle with cancer. She was born in Oberlin on February 8, 1968 the daughter of Robert and Donna (Kelly) Vance. She was a 1986 graduate of Stanton High School, Irondale, Ohio and in 1989 she received an Associate Degree in Allied Sciences from Kent State University. She was a physical therapist assistant for Tudor Physical Therapy of Austintown and also worked for Nova Care for many years. She was a member of the Niles First United Methodist Church. Robin is survived by a daughter, Nicole M. Norman, a son, Ian R. Norman, former husband, Jeff Norman all of Niles; mother, Donna (Don) Carnahan of Hammondsville; sister, Vonda Stewart of Wellsville, two nephews, Doug (Bridget) Stone, Brad (Tina) Stewart and her best friend, Tammy Scine. She was preceded in death by her father. Calling hours will be Friday, August 26, 2016 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home, Niles where the funeral will follow at 6:00 p.m. with the Rev. Paula Marbury officiating. A funeral will also be Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hammondsville United Methodist Church. Pastor Dan Crowe will officiate. Burial will be in Hammondsville Cemetery.
