Ronald E. Noble Sr.

Ronald E. Noble Sr., 76, passed away on Wednesday February 8, 2023 at his residence following a long fight with cancer. He was the oldest of six children on June 27, 1946 the son of Richard and Margaret (Hite) Noble. He was a 1964 graduate of Howland High School and attended The Ohio State University.

He joined the United States Air Force in 1965. He was a member of the 366 Fighter Wing. In 1966 he was sent to Vietnam and served 12 months. He was wounded and exposed to Agent Orange. He was a recipient of The Purple Heart. He was honorably discharged on February 19, 1969 as a Staff Sergeant. Ron married the love of his life Theresa Flask on June 28, 1969, together they raised a son Ronald Jr. and a daughter Christy Rae. As a family, the Nobles moved from Ohio to Mississippi and then to Texas and back to Warren, Ohio.

When Ron retired from Packard Electric in 1999, he started a successful handyman business. In 2009 Theresa retired and they both moved to San Antonio to be with their children and grandchildren. Ron loved fishing, hunting and he owned several boats in his lifetime. He enjoyed spending his summers at Indian Creek Resort in Geneva-on-the-Lake.

He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa; son, Ronald E. Noble Jr. of Schertz, Texas; daughter, Christy Rae (Jason) Flores of Bulverde, Texas; three grandchildren, Tristan Jones, Tysen (Adriana) Jones, Colton Flores and many other loved ones and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Charles Noble.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday February 18, 2023 at St. Mary Church in Warren, Ohio. Rev. Frantisek Katrinak will be the celebrant. Family and friends may call one hour prior to the mass at church. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery with Military Honors provided by the Trumbull County Honor Guard.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made to Tunnel to Towers in memory of Ronald Noble Sr.
