Sandra L, (Weiss) Marks

Sandra L. Marks, 73, passed away at 3:49 a.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at the Select Specialty Hospital at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. She was born in Mercer, Pennsylvania on September 9, 1949 the daughter of Emil and Roma Virginia (Hartman) Weiss. Sandy was a graduate of Howland High School and a member of the Niles Congregation Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah"s Witnesses. She was an assembler for over thirty years at Packard Electric and enjoyed gambling at the casinos with her friends

Sandy is survived by her two sisters and a brother, Regina C. Swauger of Girard, Franklin R. (Marcia) Sabol of Louisville, Kentucky, Phyllis Potts of Niles and many nieces and nephews. Shw was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Thomas Marks in 1995.

At her request, a family gathering was held to celebrate her life.
