Sheryl A. Washington

NILES - Sheryl A. Washington, 44, passed away at 9:20 p.m. on Friday October 12, 2018 at the University Hospital in Cleveland to an extended illness. She was born in Warren, Ohio on May 24, 1974 the daughter of Steve and Shirley E. (Barnett) Lichwarcsik. Sheryl was a graduate of Barry Goldwater High School in Arizona and the ETI Technical Institute. For the past seven years, she was a secretary at Morain Sales and retired January 1, 2018 due to ill health. She was a homemaker and enjoyed watching local and professional sporting events, shopping and being with her friends. Most of all, she cherished watching and being a part of her son's activities and achievements. Sheryl is survived by her husband, Ancil Washington Jr. whom she married on May 3, 2007; son, Aaron Lichwarcsik of Niles and his girlfriend, Nicole Norman; father, Steve Lichwarcsik of Andover and many extended relatives and friends. Sheryl was preceded in death by her mother Shirley who died April 13, 2013. A Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 20, 2018 at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home where family and friends may call two hours prior to the service. The family will also receive family and friends at their home at 963 Homewood Avenue S.E. Warren, Ohio 44484.
