Susan F. (Edison) Myers

Susan F. Myers, 73, a lifetime Niles resident, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday evening September 20, 2022. She passed away peacefully at the Trumbull Regional Medical Center following an unexpected illness.

She was born in Warren, Ohio on October 5, 1948 the daughter of John and Martha (Soltesz) Edison Sr. She was a 1968 graduate of Niles McKinley High School. As a homemaker, Susan enjoyed cooking, baking, crafting, painting, coloring, bingo and NASCAR racing. Most of all, she cherished her five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Susan is survived by her two daughters, Lisa (David) Jaskowiak of Kiln, Mississippi, Tanya (Chris) Siroki of Girard; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sister, Elizabeth Cervone of Warren and brother, James Edison of Warren. She was preceded in death by her parents: son, Paul E. Myers who died March 28, 2017; grandson, Ronald Carpenter; two sisters, Theresa Edison, Mary Faith and a brother John Edison.

At her request, a private family graveside service will be held at Niles City Cemetery with burial in the Edison family plot.
