Victor L. Brown , 60, passed away at 7:12 p.m. on Tuesday May 27, 2025 at the St. Joseph Health Center following a brief illness. He was born in Warren, Ohio on June 28, 1964 the son of Walter and Barbara (Heckman) Brown. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and enjoyed riding motorcycles.
Victor is survived by two sons, Daniel Brown of South Carolina, Shane Brown of Canfield; three grandchildren, Taylor, Donovan, Shaylin; sister, Barbara Darlene (Bobby) Hess of Warren and two brothers, Charles (Rosalie) Brown of Warren, William Brown of Cooper City, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Amber Brown; brother, Wayne E. "Pete" Brown and two sisters, Gaylee Markel, Gloria Harrison.
No funeral services will be held.
