William Joseph Smith

NILES - William Joseph Smith, 69, died on Wednesday September 27, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Warren on April 8, 1948 the son of Steve Toth and Catherine (Shevchek) Smith and lived in Niles all his life. He graduated from Niles McKinley High School and honorable served in the United States Navy. He retired as a security guard for several area companies. A tribute honoring his military service will be Thursday, October 12, 2017 at Noon at the Niles City Cemetery by the Trumbull County Honor Guard and Rev. James Korda of St. Stephen Church. Burial will follow in the Veterans Section of the Niles City Cemetery. Arrangements by Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home, 126 West Park Avenue, Niles, Ohio 44446.
