Donna (Augustine) McHale

NILES - Donna (Augustine) McHale 75, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021 in Niles, Ohio She was born in Youngstown, Ohio on June 2, 1945 the daughter of Dominic A. and Florence M. (Canterucci) Augustine.
Donna was a graduate of Warren St. Mary's High School and the University of Cincinnati College - Conservatory of Music with a music degree. During her life, she lived in the Warren, Ohio, Buffalo, New York, and Massillon, Ohio communities. She was a music teacher for the Niles City Schools and a supervisor at Marc's. Donna enjoyed playing the piano and spending the winter months in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Most of all, she cherished the time spent with her loving granddaughters.
Donna is survived by her son Brian P. McHale of Canton; daughter, Maureen (Mark) White of Cuyahoga Falls; two granddaughters, Maya and Mallory White; significant other, Ken Daley with whom she lived; and brother, David Augustine of Howland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John McHale and brother, Richard Augustine.
Calling Hours will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday May 14, 2021 at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Niles preceded by a 9:30 a.m. prayer service at the funeral home. Burial will be at All Souls Cemetery.
