Jeremy Stephen Gromley

Jeremy Stephen Gromley, 41, passed away peacefully Tuesday evening, May 9, 2023 at his residence due to a year long battle with cancer. Jeremy was born in Youngstown, Ohio on August 12, 1981 the son of Vincent J. Gromley and Kathleen (Sayers) Lally.

Jeremy was 1999 graduate of McDonald High School and the Ohio Technical Trade School as a auto mechanic. He enjoyed watching football, working on cars and collecting antiques. He had a great love for his family and cherished all family activities and gatherings.

Jeremy is survived by his wife, Cassandra Lelesch since October 16, 2007; mother, Kathleen Lally of Mineral Ridge; two daughters, Aubrey Gromley of Warren, Constance Gromley of Niles; great-niece Braelynn Kaintz and great-nephew, Kolten (Bubby) Kaintz both of Mineral Ridge and whom he was raising;  a sister, Kathy May of Toledo, brother, Jayson Gromley of Mineral Ridge; step-daughter, Cierra Lelesch; two step-sons, Mahki Crank and Kodan Crank all of Warren; and many extended relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Calling hours will be from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 5 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Lawrence Hardesty of the Galilee Apostolic Church officiating.
