Marilyn Marie Galgozy

Marilyn Marie Galgozy, 80, passed away peacefully at 11:15 p.m. on Sunday October 8, 2023 at the Shepherd of the Valley Nursing Home in Liberty. She was born in Webster Springs, West Virginia on February 27, 1943 the daughter of John G. and Goldie F. (Sanders) Gregory.

She was of the Christian Faith and worked for many years at Tarket Company in Cleveland. She loved music and watching her favorite Cleveland Indians Guardians baseball games. Most of all she cherished the time spent with family especially her sisters.

Marilyn is survived by her children, John Masincupp and Maria Laskay of Niles, Robert Masincupp of Niles, Tracy (John) Conly of Dallas, Texas, Megan (Doug) Jones of Newton Falls; step-children, Ernie Galgozy of Niles, Laura Anzevino of Youngstown, Betty Ann Limbeck of Austintown; many grandchildren, many great grandchildren; three sisters, Betty Baker of Warren, Regna Harrison of Ontario, Canada, Cheryl Bugnone of Niles. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Galgozy; step-daughter, Denise Hunt; siblings, Deanna Lynn Gregory, Carole Caynor, Gary Gregory, Donzel "Don" Gregory, Brenda Gregory, Loretta Gregory.

The funeral will be at Noon on Thursday October 12, 2023 at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home where family and friends may call one hour prior to the service. Shepherd of the Valley Chaplain Christine Orr will officiate. Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
