Obituary
Michael Dean Milligan, 44, died peacefully at 10:00 p.m. on Monday June 26, 2023 at the Omni Manor Health Care Center following a battle with cancer. Michael was born in Warren, Ohio on March 20, 1979 the son of Thomas and Kimberly (Kimple) Milligan Jr.
Michael was a Niles McKinley High School graduate and worked at various jobs before becoming disabled. He had lived in Florida for the past 10 years and recently returned to this area to be with his family.
Michael is survived by his mother Kimberly Milligan of Niles; two brothers Robert (Shannon) Milligan of Niles, Thomas (Mary) Milligan of Youngstown; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Michael was preceded in death by his father, infant step-sister Wendy Kimple, step-father Victor Holbrook.
Private funeral services will announced by the family.
