HOWLAND - Patricia A. "Trish" (Boldt) Hinton, 61, passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side at 1:42 a.m. on Monday December 6, 2021 at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Boardman.
Trish was born in Youngstown, Ohio on December 30, 1959 the daughter of William Earnest and Joy (Green) Boldt Jr. She was a 1977 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. For the past 20 years Trish was an educational assistant at the Niles Primary School K-2. She touched and influenced hundreds of students' lives throughout the Niles community.
Trish was a selfless fighter who loved being with her family, spending time with them at picnics, holiday gatherings or watching her grandson Logan at his football or soccer games. She enjoyed yardwork, caring for animals and decorating her home, especially during the holidays. Trish and Rob are avid Cleveland Browns, Indians, Cavaliers fans and as season ticket holders they attended many games with friends.
Trish is survived by her husband Robert J. Hinton whom she married on August 18, 1984; daughter, Lindsey (Chayce Behnke) Hinton of Cortland; son, Tyler (Adam Cash) Hinton of Cortland; grandson, Logan Behnke; mother, Joy Boldt of Austintown; sister, Pamela (Leonard DeCarlo) Morgan of Boardman; and brother, William "Doug" (Lisa Peura) Boldt of Poland. She was preceded in death by her father.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday December 9, 2021 at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home, Niles. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday December 10, 2021 at the funeral home where family and friends may also call on hour prior to the service. Pastor Roy Mack of the Grace Fellowship Church, Niles will officiate. Entombment will be at Greenhaven Cemetery.
