William R. Clymer

NILES - William R. "Bill" Clymer, 63, passed away peacefully, with his wife and family at his bedside, at 5:43 p.m. on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the St. Joseph Health Center. Bill was born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania on July 7, 1958 the son of William G. and Dorothy L. (Smith) Clymer and came to the Niles area as a child.

Bill was employed as a truck driver for Sebastiani Trucking Company, a family owned business of Canfield and retired after many years of faithful service in 2019. He graduated from Niles McKinley High School and as a diesel mechanic from the New Castle School of Trades. He enjoyed all of the family gatherings and camping. Bill was a United States Navy Veteran and served his tour of duty on the USS Coral Sea.

Bill is survived by his wife, Patricia A. Glass Clymer whom he married November 26, 1975, two daughters, Theresa Clymer of Niles, Miranda (Mike) Ezzo of Girard, a son, Robert (Jamie) Clymer of Niles, five grandchildren, Stefanie Clymer, Dominique Ezzo, Brendan Jackson, Anthony Ezzo, Bodhi Clymer, mother, Janet Clymer of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, his fur baby Oscar, three sisters Judy, Kim, Pam and brother Tom.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

The Trumbull County Honor Guard will provide military honors at 4:00 p.m. on Monday January 31, 2022 at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home with calling hours to follow from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A Funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m.
