William T. Guidos

MINERAL RIDGE - William T. Guidos, 83, passed away peacefully at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at his residence following a short illness. William was born in Warren, Ohio on October 14, 1938 the only child of Frank and Justine I. (Woitek) Guidos and has lived in this area all his life.

William retired in 2001 following 43 years of employment as a furnace foreman for the Niles Glass Plant at the General Electric Company. He was of the Catholic faith, attended Saint Stephen School and Niles McKinley High School and was a 1960's veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed watching all sporting events, playing cards and the casino slot machines. He was a true lover of animals especially dogs.

William will be sadly missed and is survived by his wife Betty P. (Evans) Guidos whom he married January 9, 1966, a daughter Christine Speziale and her husband Carmen and grandson Nicholas Speziale all of Mineral Ridge, Ohio.

At William's request, a private burial will be at the Kerr Cemetery Chapel on Tuesday morning, December 28, 2021 by the Trumbull County Veterans Honor Guard.
